At the showing

Everything you’d jot down,
right where it belongs.

01 · Notes

Take notes at the door.

Tap the home, type a thought, done. Your notes and your buyers’ notes land on the listing, in their portal and in yours, so nobody has to remember who said what about the kitchen.

02 · Questions

Log questions as you walk.

“How old is the water heater?” goes on the list, marked open. When you get the answer, type it once. Your buyers see it on the listing, and you both see what’s still waiting.

03 · The listing agent

Ask the listing agent in seconds.

Open questions drop into a ready-to-send text with the listing agent’s number already in it. Check the ones to include, tap Open in Messages, and keep walking.

Text the listing agent: the open questions are already in the message
04 · Sharing

Share it all without retyping it.

Every note and answer is already in your clients’ portal. One tap sends a tour recap email with each home’s photo, score, notes, and answers, so the conversation keeps going after you drop them off.

After the showing

Showing feedback listing agents actually read.

Pick the notes and questions to share, say how it’s priced, and add one helpful suggestion. Hopstone sends a clean email with the home’s photo and your buyers’ score, or you text or call from the same screen.

  • Your buyers’ score goes along with a simple bar, unless you uncheck it.
  • You’re copied and replies come straight to you.
  • Feedback sent shows on the listing, for you only, so nothing slips.

The homes they love

Rated, flagged, and side by side.

Each client gets a comparison table built from their own wish list, the things the MLS can’t search for. Check what each home has, score it, and their favorite rises to the top.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

What is Hopstone Home?

A private portal you share with each client, plus the agent tools that run on top of it. Your clients see, compare, and talk through the homes you’re considering. You take showing notes, answer questions, plan the route, send feedback, and keep every contract date in order, all in one place.

Who is it for?

Real estate agents in Tennessee first. Contract dates follow the way Tennessee REALTORS® forms count days, and homes come in from Realtracs reports. Agents anywhere can use it, and more markets are on the way.

Do my clients need an app or an account?

No. Each client gets a private link. Their passcode is the last four digits of their phone number, and they can save the portal to their home screen like an app. It works on any phone, tablet, or computer.

How does the free trial work?

Every account starts with 14 days free, no card needed. Add the code CLEARTOCLOSE when you sign up for 30 more days. Choose a plan any time; your trial days carry over, so you aren’t charged until they’re used.

Does it connect to the MLS?

Homes come in from Realtracs: drop in an Agent Full Report PDF or a CSV export, choose the clients who should get them, and every listing lands with photos, details, and the listing agent’s contact info. Buyers can add a home by address too.

Can my clients see my private notes?

No. Your private notes, the listing agent’s private remarks, and your own contract reminders live in a For Agent Eyes Only area. Clients never see them.

Can I use my own brand?

Yes. Your logo, headshot, colors (nine schemes), and email signature carry through every page, email, and PDF your clients see.

What happens to my clients if I stop paying?

Their portals keep working. Your own workspace pauses until you choose a plan again, and everything is still there when you come back.
